Smoked Turkey?

How does this look for Thanksgiving dinner Thursday?

I can smoke a 12-14lb turkey in 3 hours. No stuffing, though. What do you think? Maybe a little BBQ rub on there with some apple wood. Mmmm-mmm!

    How are you getting the turkey over to the house? Are you not staying in Kamas days prior to Thanksgiving? Otherwise, the turkey looks tasty and delightful!
